SPONGE ( CLEANING )

A cleaning sponge is a porous,absorbent tool made from material like cellulose, polyurethethane foam , or microfiber,designed for wiping ,  scrubbing,and absorbing liquids. Common types feature a soft side for gentle cleaning and a rough, abrasive side (scouring pad) for removing tough, caked-on grease and food residues. 

•  Wet the sponge first to increase absorption and generate foam.
•  To prevent bacteria growth, disinfect by putting them in the dishwasher, boiling for 5 minutes, or soaking in a bleach solution.
• Replace every 2–3 weeks, or sooner if they are torn or smelly. 
• Kitchen: Washing dishes, scrubbing pans, wiping countertops.
• Household: Cleaning bathroom surfaces, walls, and wiping up spills.
